Carylls Country House is not a Hotel, B&B or Guest House. At Carylls, you get an instant let, (yes you can even move in today) fully furnished 1 or 2 bedroom Apartment or Studio Room where you can pay and move in the same day or book the date you require your apartment for the foreseeable future. You can stay for as long as you need, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year.
There are no deposits, no agent fees. You just pay 1 week in advance, a small fee of £65.00 for your agreement, and that is it; nothing else. Minimum let is 1 full week – 7 nights. Your charges are fully inclusive of everything except for your electricity which is prepaid via your fastlet.com’s app and supplied to you via your smart meter. Your discharge your account weekly by debit card, credit card (2.5% surcharge) or even cash.

What exactly do you pay?
You only pay a nominal fee for your agreement, 1 week in advance. Your check out clean as per contract cleaners invoice. Your electricity is pre-paid via your smart meter. You dont pay for anything else.

Guaranteed: We keep our word. If you don’t want our accommodation on the day you arrive, we will give you a full refund. No questions asked.
Fully furnished: Your apartment at Carylls is fully furnished. However, you can bring anything you wish to make your stay comfortable and homely. Pillows, bed linen, towels are among the favourite items our clients bring with them.
Fully equipped Kitchens: Your apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your meals. For those who don’t like the smell of food in their apartment, Carylls has 2 communal kitchens for you to use free of charge.
Free 24-hour broadband: Fibre optic broadband is supplied to Carylls by BT and available in your apartment round the clock free of charge.
Free on-site allocated car parking: You will be allocated your free numbered car parking space. The number will be the same as your apartment or studio number.
Free Canine admission: Yes we love animals. Your dog can come in free of charge when you book a ground floor apartment. We will advise you.
The hassle of renting: Conventional renting, with large deposits, references, extra payments for this and that can be daunting. At Carylls everything is easy. We have looked at the whole process and simplified everything for you.
Better than a hotel: With everyone treating Carylls as their home, staying from one week onward, you don’t get the frequency of nightly check-in and out, you don’t get the feel of living with strangers. Most important of all, there are no surprise additions to your check out bills.
Stay with us forever: Trevor stayed with us for 28 years! Michael, 27 years, since 9th January 1989. You can stay for as long as you want to. We have an open-ended stay facility. You just need to give 1 week’s notice when you are ready to vacate.

Check-in is anytime after 2 pm. But you can move as early as 11 am if needed. Just ask one of the team.
Check–out time is 10 am.
There is no extra charge for early arrival made possible if the apartment is available.

Convenience and location
Carylls Country House is in the peaceful village of Faygate, a small hamlet on the Surrey Sussex borders. Faygate is just 3 miles from both Crawley and Horsham town centres, close to the M23 and M25 commuter corridor, and just 7 miles from Gatwick airport. Faygate also has its own train station (10 mins walk), with links to London Victoria and Brighton.

Having accommodation with the self-catering facility is a must. It’s a good alternative to living with strangers in a shared house or residing in the spare room with a landlady. Living out of a suitcase in a guest house, bed and breakfast or hotel is always an option but is nothing compared to the homely comfort Carylls.

Albeit this lovely Country House was built over 500 years ago (1509) and has been mainly a family home, back in (1971), it became a letting business, offering uncompromising standards of quality, comfort, and service. It is family owned and independently runs – not part of a chain. You get more space, comfort, independence, privacy, and flexibility at a great price. The 5-acre gardens with the Koi pond are lovely too.
